Qtech Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2014, with more than 9 years of production experience, focusing on SMT processing of electronic products / PCBA processing / circuit board processing / DIP plug-in processing / post-soldering / One-stop manufacturing services such as testing/function maintenance and PCBA OEM/OEM/component procurement. Serving the global electronics industry, including automotive electronics, medical electronics, communication products, industrial automation, smart home and other industries.
We have a factory area of 4,000 square meters and we were recognized as a “National High-tech Enterprise” in 2021. Our factory has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and the standard anti-static and dust-free production workshop meets the ROHS standard. And our company also has 13485 qualification certification in the medical field and 16949 qualification certification in the automotive field.
Our equipment consists of 5 automatic SMT production lines, 2 DIP plug-in post-soldering lines, automatic printing machines, ten-temperature zone reflow soldering, 450 large-scale wave soldering, automatic board loading machines, 3D SPI Solder paste online detector, AOI optical detector, 3D X-RAY, intelligent first article detector, BGA rework station, ICT tester, automatic sub-board machine, and three-proof coating machine.
It can easily mount 01005, 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, SOP, TSOP, TSSOP, QFN, DFN, BGA, dual-row QFN and other component packages. Minimum pitch (Pitch) of 0.2mm; Supports mainstream high-precision packages such as BGA, FBGA (called CSP), QFN, BGA chip minimum ball diameter (Ball) of 0.2mm. We are also proficient in 0.5mm double-row pin QFN chip soldering technology.
